SECON-X USA Flexible Stainless Steel Pipe

SECON-X – Stainless Steel Fuel Line

Pipe System for Industry/Commercial | Retail Gas | Marinas | DEF

SECON-X is a competitively priced, double-wall, UL/ULC approved pipe consisting of a seamless, helically corrugated stainless steel primary pipe and a PE/PA composite secondary pipe. As a double-wall pipe its primary use is for petroleum products and hazardous chemicals. The SECON-X pipe is UV protected, which makes it also an ideal above ground or combination of below/above group pipe without requiring a transition sump. The pipe is easy to handle and install and environmentally safe. It is manufactured in “endless” lengths, which eliminates connections (potential leak points) between beginning and end.

Key Advantages at a Glance

✅ UL 971a approved pipe – ensures compliance with North American safety and quality standards
✅ Seamless, helically corrugated stainless steel inner pipe—enables flexibility and eliminates weak points
✅ Manufactured in “endless” lengths to eliminate potential leak points
✅ Resistant to corrosion and UV radiation—ideal for underground and above-ground installation
✅ No need for transition sumps or additional corrosion protection
✅ Fast, weld-free installation—perfect for retrofits with minimal downtime

Technical Specifications

✅ Outer pipe: PE/PA composite
✅ Installation: Above ground, below ground, or hybrid

Leak Protection and Environmental Safety

The double-wall construction of SECON-X creates a circumferential channel between the inner steel fuel line and the outer casing. This design prevents uncontrolled leakage if the inner wall is damaged, ensuring maximum environmental protection and operational safety.

Fast Installation with Minimal Downtime

SECON-X is engineered for quick installation, making it ideal for retrofit projects in active fuel stations. Its continuous design eliminates the need for welds and additional transition sump systems, thereby reducing both labor and potential leak points.

Flexible Applications Across Fueling Infrastructure

The robust features of this stainless steel fuel line make it an excellent choice in various demanding Environments. SECON-X is trusted in over 25,000 installations worldwide for use as:

✅ Filling stations and tank facilities – for suction, pressure, and vapor return applications
✅ Gas retail infrastructure – ensuring safe fuel transport in high-demand setups
✅ DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) handling systems – for safe and leak-tight transport of sensitive media
✅ Marinas – where the flexible design compensates for tidal changes and eliminates above-water joints

One Fuel Line, Multiple Applications

Whether installed underground, above ground, or in challenging marine environments, the UL/ULC approved SECON-X delivers a cost-effective, environmentally safe, and easy-to-install stainless steel fuel line solution. SECON-X offers flexibility, safety, and long-term value in a single, certified steel fuel line solution.
