ARMOPEX UNO reinforced PEX district heating pipe system (174 psi)

ARMOPEX is a reinforced, flexible pipe system for modern local and district heating networks. It bridges the gap between conventional PEX pipes and metallic pipe systems, offering higher safety, minimal heat losses, and maximum future readiness. It is designed for the dynamic and sustainable heat networks of today and tomorrow.

Maximum operating temperature: up to 239°F (115°C)
Operating pressure: up to 174 psi (12 bar/PN12) according to TS 17889 / TR4
Aramid-reinforced PE-Xa inner pipe with integrated aluminum barrier for high pressure and temperature resistance
Highly efficient PUR insulation with the world’s lowest thermal conductivity of ≤0.14 Btu·in/(h·ft²·°F) @122°F (≤0.0199 W/m·K) for minimal heat loss
High thermal efficiency and reduced operating costs
Robust, UV-resistant LLD-PE outer jacket for protection against moisture and mechanical damage
Supplied in long, customizable coils for fast, joint-minimized, and cost-effective installation
Designed for a service life of over 50 years
Suitable for local and district heating
Pre-insulated composite pipe system manufactured according to EN 15632 for enhanced operational requirements

We look forward to your contact.
