Our Joliet site forms the core of our U.S. manufacturing network for pre-insulated pipes in district energy applications. Here, we produce the flexible, pre-insulated CALPEX PUR-KING PEX system - one of the world’s most efficient pipe systems for district heating, cooling, and potable water. As well as PE pipes COOLFLEX and POLARFLEX for cooling or water applications.. We ensure reliable supply chains, short transport distances, and sustainable production under the principle: “Swiss engineered – American manufactured.”
Headquarters, Rome, GA – Industrial Pipe Systems
Our Rome headquarters manages administrative, sales, and logistics functions for pre-insulated stainless steel industrial pipe systems, manufactured in Germany. From this hub, we coordinate national operations, provide technical support, and deliver tailored solutions across North America, leveraging decades of international expertise.
In addition to our Joliet manufacturing facility for the U.S. market, we have 5 European manufacturing facilities for the rest of the world.
At our headquarters, over 200 employees produce our flexible CALPEX PUR-KING, COOLFLEX and EIGERFLEX pipes and the rigid COOLMANT systems for the global market, as well as PREMANT up to DN 350, including elbows and moulded parts, for the Swiss market.
